I’m really excited to write this in-depth White Green Cloth review! I genuinely never thought a product like this was even possible, and I’m completely amazed! I’ll never need to use any sprays to clean my windows again, plus these cloths have SO many more amazing uses and are super durable.
Even my mom, who is an obsessive cleaner, is amazed by the one I gave her and wants more!
Let’s jump in and I’ll tell you guys more about my experience with the White Green Cloths!

How I heard about the White Green Cloth
It was none other than my bestie who told me about the White Green Cloth. She was so excited about how well hers worked! She claimed it took all the ugly marks off her glass laptop screen. She had thought these marks were just permanent since they had been so stubborn to get off!
I always take her recommendations seriously, because we both have a similar inclination for natural, economic, and useful things!
And, it just so happened that I had actually been wanting to clean my windows in our newly bought house, but I was avoiding it. I just felt so annoyed even thinking about it! I knew I wouldn’t use commercial glass cleaners anymore, so I would have to rely on vinegar. But regardless of what I’d use, it always felt like I could never get my glass streak-free!
So, although these cloths were a bit pricey (around $20 for 4), I went for it and bought them. They came with a lifetime warranty, which is pretty nuts for a cleaning cloth of all things!
Trying out the White Green Cloth for the first time
For my first purchase, I decided to buy a four-pack of the White Green Cloths. It just felt like a better bang for my buck! And when they came in the mail, I was super excited to try them out!

I was especially impressed with how BIG each cloth was!

The cloths come with thorough (though brief) instructions on how to use them and clean them, which was super helpful. Specifically, the instructions noted that the more you wring out the cloth, the better it will work!

So, I went to work on my filthy windows! Literally, all I did was get the cloth wet, wring it out really well, and start scrubbing my windows. And I was amazed! The White Green Cloth got them perfectly clean with minimal to no streaking!
I did notice that, if the cloth got dirty enough, it would leave some dirt/lint on the window, so I tried to use a clean part of the cloth to wipe the window totally clean once done.
After a couple of windows (keep in mind, my windows were quite dirty!), I would have to wash out the cloth with soap and water. Then I would get back to work! Cleaning my windows was so satisfying!

How the White Green Cloth supposedly works
According to their advertising, the cloth has a super microfiber kind of weave which traps dirt, grime, etc. I have used other microfiber cloths and they have not come even close to these!
You’d think that, with such an effective cleaning ability, these cloths would somehow be abrasive, but they’re actually super gentle and don’t scratch at all. I can even wipe down my husband’s shiny piano which is quite prone to scratching!

Though I am usually a stickler for natural products and not a fan of synthetic fabrics, even I have to admit that a cleaning tool like this is indispensable, and even with the premium price! Yes, each cloth came out to $5 when I bought the four pack, but I can use them indefinitely and they don’t require anything but water to get a superb clean!
Plus, they’re so durable that, in the months since buying my four-pack, I’ve only used one so far! (I actually gave two away because I needed to spread the love!)
Cleaning my White Green Cloths
Literally the only downside I can think of when it comes to these cloths is that you do need to clean them. For those used to cleaning glass and the like with paper towels, this can feel a bit tedious for sure. And frequent washing of the cloths is sometimes required – since the White Green Cloth is so darn effective, it means it collects a LOT of dirt very quickly!
My personal method is to lather up the cloth with my homemade dish soap bar (which is a really strong soap) and rinse it. This doesn’t take much time, and the cloth dries very quickly since it is a synthetic material.

I do find that it’s hard to get my cloth 100% back to the initial white color it had when it was brand new. But, not to worry! The manufacturers note in the instructions that, even if the cloth becomes stained, it it doesn’t reduce its effectiveness. My cloth has definitely developed some staining from all the cleaning I’ve done with it, but it doesn’t alter its performance one bit!
However, for those who love things to be sparkly-white (I’m looking at you, mom!), the instructions do indicate it’s okay to use bleach on them, which I’m certain would do the trick.
The many uses I’ve discovered for my White Green Cloths
Though my first application of these miracle cloths was cleaning my dirty windows, I have been amazed to discover how effective they are in other areas!
Applications for the White Green Cloth:
- Windows and mirrors: Get them shiny and unbelievably clear without any cleaning sprays!
- Countertops: Great for polishing your granite if you have it! I use it on my DIY granite tile countertops.

- Stainless steel: Think your kitchen sink, faucets, pots and pans, anything!

- Cars: I scrubbed down my entire car with my cloth – the windows were unbelievably clear afterward and the body of the car was as clean as it had ever been since I bought it!
- Porcelain: Whether you use it on your tiled shower, porcelain-enameled bathtub, sink, or toilet, it will get it super shiny and clean! It takes off soap scum beautifully. Of course, it doesn’t sanitize, so make sure to do that separately where needed!
- Wood: Even certain items in our house like our homemade cabinets or the hardwood floors we installed can benefit from a scrubbing with these cloths since they are so gentle and effective.
- Table tops: I love dusting off my table tops with an almost-dry White Green Cloth. They never look cleaner!

- Technology: I swear, nothing will get your tech cleaner than these cloths. My husband and I love to wipe down our phone screens with them, and they work fabulously on computers whether they are made from metal, plastic, or glass. Just keep the cloth on the extreme dry side for obvious reasons.
- Glasses: These work beautifully on eyeglasses!
- Dusting: These collect dust very well and can be great for dusting off the various surfaces in one’s home. They also remove grime from any surfaces, leaving them cleaner than a typical dusting would!
- Stovetops: Seriously, you can clean your stovetop with these and it will remove all that stubborn stuff for which you would normally require a special cleaner.
And that is just a list of what I can think of on the spot! I’m telling you guys, these cloths have been such a game-changer for me! I’m sure you’ll find all your own unique uses for them if you give them a try!
Pros and cons of the White Green Cloth
Let’s explore the pros and cons of the White Green Cloth when compared to typical cleaning methods.
Pros of the White Green Cloth
- They’re not disposable, so better for the environment and eliminate the need to continue buying more products, such as paper towels and sprays
- They’re more effective than other products, creating unparalleled cleaning results!
- They only require water to clean, eliminating our exposure to harsh chemicals and making cleaning easier (no more carrying around that spray bottle!).
- They’re super versatile and can be used for cleaning almost anything!
- They’re non-scratching and gentle on surfaces without compromising effectiveness.
- They save money long-term by eliminating the need for many cleaning sprays or to purchase paper towels.
- They’re extremely durable as they even come with a lifetime warranty! The fibers hold up well to use (and abuse).
Cons of the White Green Cloth
- They’re more expensive than typical microfiber cloths, though arguably less expensive over time since they eliminate the need for cleaning sprays.
- They require cleaning, which is less convenient than disposables like paper towels.
- They’re made from synthetic fibers so, despite their eco-friendliness, they’re not quite natural on their own.
- They can be difficult to get perfectly clean but, like I said before, this doesn’t bother me, and bleach would likely do the trick!
Personally, I think the pros totally outweigh the cons here, but that’s just me!
